Frustration!
UGH! This (I apologize in advance) is going to be a rant post! I cannot help myself as I feel I am going mad! In less than three weeks I am having a surgery that I do not have the money to pay for as I had hoped! Of course they will do a payment plan for the difference but I hate (absolutely, positively hate) to owe anyone money so this will eat at me until I do manage to pay it off!
I have just started receiving unemployment benefits but it is less than half of what I was getting when I was working and because it took so long to come the only thing I can use it for is my surgery. Of course I barely start receiving payments and already had to meet with unemployment. They are trying to make sure everyone gets jobs ASAP! Yeah, where were they three months ago?!
Anyway, to add to my grief I now have a heart condition! I just found out (or at least it was just confirmed) by my cardiologist 3 days ago that I have Mitral Valve Prolapse (or MVP)! Yay me! At least it explains all the chest pains and palpitations and such but is not exactly comforting!
Oh and I think I am just about out of patience with writing for Triond. What an utter waste of time! I keep writing and writing and I am barely making more than .50 a day! UGH!
Okay, time to breathe!

Painting the hallway
So, thanks to my "wicked step-mom" as she likes to call herself I found myself with a couple of cans of paint! I do love painting! So of course this means I had to do it ASAP! Well, after several hours I can finally say I am done! It looks great but of course I got paint in my hair again!

Struggling!
All this writing and posting and publishing is starting to drive me crazy! Not really, I quite enjoy it however it has yet to prove itself to be worthwhile in the terms of actually making money (which of course was the main goal of all of this when I first started in March, after losing my job of 3 1/2 years). I am (for reasons unknown to me) still in shock over it! I still wake up at 6am every morning and jump out of bed to let Diesel (my precious, totally spoiled pup) out and then feed him and start my day. Shortly after I realize I have nowhere to go as I nolonger have my job; strange isn't it! And furthermore, it's almost as if I am waiting for my "slumboss" as I like to call him, to come to his senses and beg me to come back. Though considering he is now in a great deal of trouble with the IRS, dept of labor, and Social Security for mot reporting my income I think if he never hears from me again it will be too soon. And it's not like I had a great job even without those issues. Begging for my paycheck every week got old just as much as not being able to cash it!
Anyway, I have spent most of my time writing new articles and to date have about 60 or so (give or take) I am adding them wherever I can. I have opened accounts with Twitter and adsense in hopes of getting more readers so that I may actually get paid. I wish I knew more about computers because it all seems like gibberish to me!

Giving it my all!
New here and nervous as I approach something I have always desperately wanted to do but have been afraid to tackle! My fears that have once taken over me now seem so silly. I am of course still afraid but there is this feeling of excitement that comes over me that people might actuallly be reading and possibly enjoying what I write. I am by no means an expert on anything but I do enjoy researching things in order to put the most acccurate information in my articles as possible. I have found myself over the years to be somewhat of a "jack of all trades, master of none".
Writing my articles and blogs brings me pleasure and someday I hope to make a living this way. The hard thing of course is finding people to read my articles. As it turns out you can't just write something, you have to "market yourself". I have to figure out how to do this, which I am still working on!
For now I am enjoying writing and researching and maybe someday soon it will turn into something more!
